Hybrid Athletes


BEGINNERS GROUP STARTS ON 6 MAY!

A complex functional training class coordinated by our professional instructors and trainers, which you can attend in a group class. The training programme is constantly monitored to ensure you always get quality and variety of movement. Hybrid Athletes is a form of exercise that uses the principles of functional anatomy to improve athlete performance and ensure continuous improvement through planned, progressive workloads. 

Its main objective is to reduce the risk of injury and increase performance. It places a strong emphasis on both strength training and endurance, ensuring that you reach your performance limits and perform to the best of your ability. It develops several conditioning skills at the same time, such as strength, endurance, power endurance and speed. There’s also a role for developing explosiveness, coordination and endurance, so you don’t just excel at one thing, but you gain an overall fitness that will help you in your everyday life.

2 guided workouts + 1 training plan per week:

We offer guided workouts twice a week, plus a personalised workout plan is available for each participant each week to help you develop your fitness even more effectively.

Private small group lesson


A private small group class is an energetic and interactive type of training, conducted in small groups (usually 3-4 people) under the guidance of a trainer. 

The aim is to create a more personalised and motivating environment for participants than a traditional training session. These group classes usually include a variety of training methods and exercises. The trainer develops the lesson plan based on the expertise and needs of the group, paying attention to the participants’ correct posture and technique and suggesting modifications if necessary to ensure that everyone can perform the exercises safely and effectively.

 Private small group classes provide a personalised exercise experience that helps improve strength, endurance and health, while giving people the opportunity to develop a healthy lifestyle in an enjoyable community environment.

PlayaMe Booty Building


PlayaMe Booty Building is a medium class for women, with 4-8 (maximum 10) people. The workout program is designed to build a feminine yet muscular body with a focus on maximizing the development of the gluteus maximus. To achieve this, knowledge and practical application of muscle mass and strength development methods are required in the training area and, outside of training, mainly in the application of nutritional principles.
